Extending the tax exemption subject of Clause M of Note 6 of the Budget Law of 1402 to mining exploitation licenses
Following the inquiry of the exploitation office of the vice-minister of mining and material processing affairs from the deputy legal and parliamentary affairs of the ministry of security and circular 2641962 of the mining exploitation office dated 02/13/1403, legal entities holding mining exploitation licenses are also subject to a seven percent exemption in addition to other exemptions and exemptions.
