The first meeting of the Board of Directors of the Khorasan Razavi Mining House was held with Dr. Gholamhossein Mozaffari, the Governor of Khorasan Razavi, and each member of the Board of Directors expressed their proposed points of view along with the problems and solutions for their implementation.
The neglected and forgotten capacities of the province’s mines and mining industries, the problems of mine operators, the rules and regulations, as well as the late response of some organizations and the lack of facilitation of the administrative process in the executive structure of the executive agencies were among the issues raised in this meeting.
The Governor of Khorasan Razavi, while appreciating the supportive measures taken by the provincial Mining House in order to promote production and create jobs in the mining sector, said:
All organizations and executive agencies of the province are obliged to do their best based on their existing capacities in line with the government’s goals to activate potential fields in the mining sector, and in cases where there is a need to obtain a license from the government for specific cases, they will follow up on the matter through the relevant ministry, and the Governor’s Office will also be alongside the executive agencies in this regard.
Dr. Mozaffari, Governor of Khorasan Razavi, added:
Khorasan Razavi Province, with its rich mineral reserves and significant reserves, is considered a strategic hub in the mining sector of the country and the region, and we must pay special attention to this golden opportunity to create added value and increase capital and sustainable employment.
