Meeting of the Governor of Punjab, Pakistan with the Head of the Mining House and the Mining and Mineral Industries Commission of the Khorasan Razavi Chamber of Commerce

Dr. Gholamreza Nazparvar, Head of the Mining House and the Mining and Mineral Industries Commission of the Khorasan Razavi Chamber of Commerce, and the Governor of Punjab, Pakistan, met and discussed issues in the mining sector and the possibility of establishing continuous trade relations between them.
In this meeting, the need for trade exchange in the field of mining industries between the two countries was emphasized, and it was decided to take basic measures to continue the trade relationship in this field based on past experiences.
Dr. Gholamreza Nazparvar, Head of the Mining and Mineral Industries Commission of the Mashhad Chamber of Commerce and Managing Director of the provincial Mining House, said in this meeting:
Khorasan Razavi Province is considered as one of the important hubs in the iron ore production chain, and considering that Pakistan is also one of the consuming countries in the field of iron ore and we have had trade exchanges in this field in the past, it seems that we can have mutual cooperation with each other.

He added: The presence of diverse and widely used processing machinery in Khorasan Razavi Province is one of the capabilities and competitive advantages in the field of mines of the country and the region, which can be considered a suitable option for selecting the target market of Pakistan.

The Governor of Punjab, Pakistan, also expressed his gratitude and appreciation for holding the meeting and said:

Pakistan has been considered in this field for years due to its proximity to Iran and a common border that is considered an important center of trade exchanges, and due to the existence of appropriate communication infrastructure and rich reserves, it is considered an important target market for providing primary resources for Pakistan.
